Program Overview:

Growth awaits you in this transformative 4-sessions in 4-week journey designed to equip participants with the essential tools, practice, and constructive feedback needed to cultivate confidence in speaking and presenting to a group both on-line and in-person. This comprehensive active-learning training course is instructor led and dives deep into the intricacies of preparing and delivering effective presentations, emphasizing the creation of compelling accompanying content using Microsoft PowerPoint and AI.  Following completion of the MasterCourse, participants receive a Certificate of Completion and an Active-Learning Workbook for future ongoing reference.

Key Program Components:

  1. Skills Development:
Participants will engage in a series of weekly interactive and engaging sessions aimed at refining their speaking, leadership and presentation skills. They will explore the art of crafting impactful oral messages, with a particular focus on PowerPoint presentation proficiency.
  2. Speech Preparation and Delivery:
Each participant will be tasked with preparing and delivering individual short speeches on a topic of their choice. These presentations will be delivered during weekly 90-minute Zoom sessions, allowing for real-time feedback and evaluation for continuous improvement. Artificial Intelligence (AI) will be introduced as a useful tool for speech writing and presentation delivery success.
  3. Interactive Learning Environment:
Participants will be introduced to a speaker view that overlays them as a presenter onto their PowerPoint slides as a dynamic speaking environment. This approach ensures participants can seamlessly practice and receive feedback on their visual and verbal communication skills.
  4. Feedback Mechanism:
Expert instructor and peer level participation will provide evaluation and constructive feedback in a safe and supportive environment. Critical aspects of presentation delivery such as eye contact, voice modulation, verbal language usage, body language, and background setting will be evaluated. This continuous feedback aims to facilitate continuous improvement throughout the course.
  5. Flexible Participation:
Zoom meetings will be recorded, ensuring accessibility and flexibility for participants to review and learn at their own pace. One makeup session will be scheduled if needed. The instructor will also be available for off-line contact throughout the course.
