Facilitative Listening Skills Workshop

As facilitators of meetings, we need to create an environment where all points of view are honored.   During this 90 minute FREE zoom meeting, we will explore and practice a variety of listening skills in an online meeting.  Improve your facilitative listening skills and learn new techniques that you can employ right away in your meetings.

Learn how to:  Draw out quiet people,  structure input from a multiple of people, and how to encourage participation from everyone.

Registration closes December 2, 2020.  The zoom link will be sent to you 24 hours prior to the event.   This free online event is a sample of one week of the 7 week blended e-learning program.  Participants that attend will receive a sample chapter of Sam Kaner’s book, Facilitator’s Guide to Participatory Decision-Making.
