    The Six Principles of Successful Board/CEO Partnerships
    October 30th - 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm Eastern time

    Nonprofit boards are often riddled with political and functional challenges that creep into the running of the organization, conflicting with operations and inhibiting effectiveness, despite everyone’s devotion to the same set of goals.

    Based on his book The Nonprofit Secret, Jonathan Schick shares the Six Principles that can unlock an organization’s potential and lead to successful board/CEO partnerships. Participants will:

    • Discover the simplest, but often overlooked, keys to strong Board-CEO relationships;
    • Uncover strategic ways to empower all members of your board;
    • Develop skills to effectively set achievable goals and evaluate performance
